  • 1 slice twelve inches of Cuban bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 slice roast pork Spainish style thinly sliced
  • 4 slice ham luncheon meat
  • 4 slice genoa salami luncheon meat
  • 4 slice swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce, iceburg
  • 1/2 large vine ripe tomato
  • 8 slice dill pickles
  • 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

    Mix the oil and vinegar

    Mix the mayonnaise and mustard

    Slice bread longways add the sread to the bread add the meat and cheese add lettuce

    Add butter to outside of bread heat a griddle add pressure to the sandwich and press down turn do again till heated through and thinly pressed I had to cut in half to do properly

    add pickles and slice tomatoes add them to the sandwichadd salt and pepper oil and vinegar
