Cube Steak

Directions

   Flour both sides of each steak.

   Fry in a small amount of oil until brown.

   Place steaks in large oval baking dish.

   Mix 1 package of Lipton beefy mushroom (Recipe Secrets) with 2 1/2 cups of water.

   Pour over steaks.

   Bake at 350 until nice and tender, approx. 1 1/2 hours).
