- 5 to 6 pieces cube steak
- 5 to 6 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can each: milk and water (use soup can)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 10 to 12 baby carrots
Directions

1Flour and brown cube steak.

2Place into large casserole dish. Peel and quarter the potatoes and put over the meat.

3Add the carrots.

4Mix mushroom soup, milk and water; pour over meat and vegetables.

5Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°.

6Uncover.
-
7Top with cheese; bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
