- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 14 cups milk
- 12-1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Steam cauliflower until tender (try not to overcook or else it will break up in the sauce).

2In the meantime, melt butter with flour in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.

3Add milk.

4Cook another 5-7 minutes until you get a nice, thick sauce, stirring occasionally.

5Add seasoning.

6Pour sauce over cauliflower.

7Serve hot.
