  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. vertically sliced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt added stewed tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1/3 c. golden raisins
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • fresh parsley sprigs
