Curried Fruit Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 small can pineapple pieces
  • 10 maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit well.

    Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Lay fruit in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up.

    Dot all over with butter and sugar mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently.

    Cool and refrigerate for at least one day.

    Warm over at 350° for 1/2 hour.
