Curried Fruit Casserole

- 1 can peach halves
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can pears
- 1 small can pineapple pieces
- 10 maraschino cherries
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruit well.

2Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Lay fruit in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up.

3Dot all over with butter and sugar mixture.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently.

5Cool and refrigerate for at least one day.

6Warm over at 350° for 1/2 hour.

7Serves 10.
