Ingredients
- 2 lb. goat meat
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- curry powder
Directions

1Mix salt, pepper and flour.

2Dredge pieces of meat and shake off excess flour.

3Heat oil in skillet.

4Chop onion and garlic. Brown in skillet until transparent.

5Remove with slotted spoon and place in Dutch oven or suitable stew pot.

6Add meat to skillet and brown on all sides.

7Add to stew pot with garlic and onion. Deglaze skillet with 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar or 1/4 cup red wine.

8Add to stew pot with water to cover.

9Simmer slowly until tender (1 1/2 to 2 hours).

10Stir in curry powder to taste.
