Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole chicken, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. curry

    Melt butter.

    Saute onions until transparent.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in salt and pepper.

    Drain mushrooms (save liquid). Add water to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup liquid.

    Gradually stir into flour mixture until smooth, then add the evaporated milk, curry and mushrooms.

    Cook on medium heat until thick. Arrange meat and broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour sauce over meat and broccoli.

    Add cheese and bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
