- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole chicken, cooked
- 1/4 tsp. curry
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Saute onions until transparent.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in salt and pepper.

5Drain mushrooms (save liquid). Add water to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup liquid.

6Gradually stir into flour mixture until smooth, then add the evaporated milk, curry and mushrooms.

7Cook on medium heat until thick. Arrange meat and broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

8Pour sauce over meat and broccoli.

9Add cheese and bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
