- 3 lb. goat meat, cut in 2-inch squares
- 1 1/2 onions, divided
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Place meat in a glass baking dish.

2Season with 1 chopped onion, curry, thyme, pepper and salt.

3Cover.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Remove meat from refrigerator the next day.

6Place meat in a large saucepan; cover with water.

7Add oil.

8Simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.

9Add remaining half chopped onion.

10Simmer 15 minutes.
