Curry Pecan Deviled Eggs

- 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, optional
Directions

1Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

2Remove the yolks and place in a large bowl.

3Reserve the whites.

4Add the mayonnaise, pecans, milk, curry powder, salt and pepper to the yolks, stirring to combine.

5Fill a piping bag with the yolk mixture and pipe it into the egg whites.

6Arrange on a platter and garnish with chives if desired.
