  • pinch of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 3/4 c. milk

    Beat sugar, flour and salt with eggs, until light in color. Add vanilla and milk; bake for 15 minutes at 450°, then 30 minutes at 325° in unbaked pie shell.
