  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.

    Add milk and vanilla; mix well but do not beat.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 425° for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
