  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 c. raisins

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Break buttered bread in pan.

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and milk.

    Set baking pan into a larger pan containing at least 1 inch of hot water.
