Ingredients
- 1 lb. firm tofu
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. natural soy sauce (see soy sauce)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 green pepper
Directions

1Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes at 350°.

2Slice tofu, roll in seasoned bread crumbs.

3Place on greased cookie sheet, turn every 15 minutes.

4Saute onion, garlic and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil.

5Pour over cutlets when done.

6Serve.
