Ingredients

  • 1 lb. firm tofu
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. natural soy sauce (see soy sauce)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 green pepper

Directions

    Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes at 350°.

    Slice tofu, roll in seasoned bread crumbs.

    Place on greased cookie sheet, turn every 15 minutes.

    Saute onion, garlic and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil.
  5. 5
    Pour over cutlets when done.
  6. 6
    Serve.
