Ingredients

  • 1 small beef roast
  • 1 small pork roast
  • 3 lb. onions
  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 lb. sliced fat back
  • 1 pint apple cider vinegar

    In a very large pot, cook meat till done.

    Let cool.

    Pull meat from bone and chop or shred into small pieces.

    Put back in pot.

    You may have to add more water.

    Chop onions and potatoes small and add to pot.

    Put in fat back and vinegar.

    Mash sausage with hand.

    Put in pot and stir till sausage mixes into other ingredients.

    Bring all to boil, then turn down between medium and low and cook, stirring often for 4 to 5 hours.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
