- 1 small beef roast
- 1 small pork roast
- 3 lb. onions
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 lb. sliced fat back
- 1 pint apple cider vinegar
Directions

1In a very large pot, cook meat till done.

2Let cool.

3Pull meat from bone and chop or shred into small pieces.

4Put back in pot.

5You may have to add more water.

6Chop onions and potatoes small and add to pot.

7Put in fat back and vinegar.

8Mash sausage with hand.

9Put in pot and stir till sausage mixes into other ingredients.

10Bring all to boil, then turn down between medium and low and cook, stirring often for 4 to 5 hours.

11Salt and pepper to taste.
