- 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 c. light rum
- few drops green food coloring
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
- lime twists (optional)
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

2Beat in Eagle Brand and juice concentrate until smooth.

3Add rum and food coloring.

4Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust.

5Freeze or chill until firm (4 hours in freezer; 2 hours in refrigerator). Garnish with lime twists, if desired.

6Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
