- 4 15/16 tablespoons oatmeal
- 3 1/3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 3/8 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 3/4 ounces squash seeds salted
- 1 1/4 cups rye flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 1/2 tablespoons water
- 5 15/16 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C

2In a bowl mix all the ingredients to get a smooth dough.

3Divide the dough into 2 pieces.

4Spread the dough thin with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of silicone.

5Cut out 7 x 5 centimeter rectangles in the dough with a pizza cutter.

6Bake 20 minutes, and serve with cheese, as an appetizer.
