  • 4 15/16 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 3 1/3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 3/4 ounces squash seeds salted
  • 1 1/4 cups rye flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 5 15/16 tablespoons olive oil

    Preheat oven to 180°C

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients to get a smooth dough.

    Divide the dough into 2 pieces.

    Spread the dough thin with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of silicone.

    Cut out 7 x 5 centimeter rectangles in the dough with a pizza cutter.

    Bake 20 minutes, and serve with cheese, as an appetizer.
