- 3 c. Pioneer buttermilk baking mix
- 1 to 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix thoroughly.

2Knead about 5 times on floured board/cloth with Pioneer buttermilk baking mix until mixture is no longer sticky.

3Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness (or more if you want higher biscuits) and cut out biscuits.

4Place on small baking sheet (I use 9 1/2-inch wide by 11 1/2-inches long) close together.

5Please Note:

6Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with butter Pam.

7After placing all biscuits on pan, spray top of each biscuit with butter Pam.

8Bake in 450° preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

9Serves 12.
