- 1 c. flour
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- dash of salt
- cooked country ham (smoked)
Directions

1Soften cream cheese and margarine to room temperature.

2Blend in flour.

3Shape into a ball and place in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.

4Place on a floured board and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.

5Cut with a biscuit cutter.

6Place in small pieces of ham (cooked) on half of biscuits and fold over, forming a half moon shape.

7Bake in a 400° oven until brown.
