  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 lb. bologna, ground
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. finely rolled cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Cook brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard for 10 minutes.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and 1/2 the syrup mixture.

    Put in pan and cover with the remaining syrup.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
