  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water

    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients, excluding boiling water.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Remove from mixture.

    Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
