- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg lightly in medium saucepan with wire whisk.

2Add sugar and tapioca; mix well.

3Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5Add chocolate.

6Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

7Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly.

8Remove from heat.

9Stir in vanilla.

10Cool 20 minutes; stir.

11(Pudding thickens as it cools.)
