- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Cook dates, oleo, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla in a heavy iron pan, over low heat, until dates dissolve.

2Cool 10 minutes; add Rice Krispies and pecans.

3Cool until mixture can be handled.

4Roll into small balls, then roll in coconut.
