- 1 c. shredded cooked meat
- 20 stuffed sliced olives
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
- 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- Tabasco, salt, pepper to taste
Directions

1Spray large mold with Pam.

2Place the sliced olives in mold and cover with shredded meat.

3Dissolve 2 packages unflavored gelatin in 1 can of the beef consomme.

4Add the second can of consomme, green onions, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

5Mix well and pour over the meat in the mold.

6Refrigerate. Turn out on a dish and garnish.

7To serve, slice.
