2 Pillsbury crescent rolls
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks (save whites for top)

Directions

Line large Pyrex baking dish bottom with one package of rolls. Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, vanilla and sugar with electric mixer. Spread over dough.

Cover with remaining package of dough.

Beat egg whites with fork.

Spread over dough.

Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.

Nuts may be added.

Bake in 325° oven 30 minutes or until golden brown.
