Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pint fresh bluberries
  • 1 pkg. frozen blueberries
  • 5 to 6 bananas, mashed *
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can apple pie filling *
  • 3 cups shredded zucchinni
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple with
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate
  • hot fudge syrup with
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix all ingredidents in large mixing bowl with electric mixer until smooth.

    Pick one fruit ingredident and fold in above mixture.

    Using standard ice cream scoop, scoop in lined muffin tin.

    Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.

    Pull out muffins and allow to cool on cooling rack.
