- Taco Shells
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. (about 4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Prepare Taco Shells.

2Cook and stir hamburger in skillet until done.

3Drain.

4Stir in water, 1/2 cup onion, chili powder, salt, cumin and garlic.

5Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

6Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes.

7Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each shell.

8Top with lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato and sour cream.
