- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 12 c. sliced apples
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Stir together sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

4Turn into ungreased baking pan (13 x 9-inch) or glass dish.

6Unfold pastry over apples.

8Bake 1 hour or until juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
