- 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, combine peaches, sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and salt.

2In small bowl, blend together into coarse crumbs the flour, brown sugar and margarine.

3Pat uniformly over the top of fruit.

4Cover and bake 15 minutes in a 375° oven. Remove cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes more until peaches are soft and brown across top.

5Delicious warm or cold.
