Deep Freeze Latte

   Freeze the coffee in an ice cube tray.

   Use shaped ice trays to improve the presentation of the coffee cubes.

   To serve, heat the milk using your preferred method.

   If you're using a dry sweetener like sugar, you'll need to add it in to the milk while it's hot.

   Fill a tall glass with coffee cubes.

   Do not allow the cubes to overshoot the rim of the glass.

   Pour the hot milk into the glass of coffee cubes.

   If you're using a liquid sweetener, like honey or syrup, you can add it now.

   Stir and enjoy as the coffee cubes melt and the latte gets increasingly cold.

    Play around with the proportions of coffee cubes to milk, according to your preference.

    Safety reminder: When pouring hot liquid into a glass, put a metal spoon (or anything metal) in the glass to absorb the heat of the liquid and prevent damage to the glass.
