  • 4 boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 c. vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chops.

    Roll in flour and coat evenly.

    Dip into mixture of egg.

    Roll generously in bread crumbs.

    Deep fry in oil (oil temperature should be 320° to 350°) to beautiful brown.
