- 4 boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 c. vegetable oil for frying
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chops.

2Roll in flour and coat evenly.

3Dip into mixture of egg.

4Roll generously in bread crumbs.

5Deep fry in oil (oil temperature should be 320° to 350°) to beautiful brown.
