- 1/2 lb. Tony's seasoning
- peanut oil
Directions

1Use pot big enough to hold turkey.

2Cut leg joints to blend. Use 1/2 pound Tony's seasoning per turkey.

3Cover whole turkey with seasoning and refrigerate overnight.

4Use enough oil to cover turkey.

5Heat oil to 290° to 300°.

6Add turkey.

7Cook for 3 minutes per pound of turkey plus 15 minutes.
