  • 15 lb. ground deer
  • 8 oz. Tender Quick
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. mace
  • 5 oz. King syrup
  • 1 c. liquid smoke

    Mix the ingredients until very well blended.

    Refrigerate 24 hours.

    and bake 4 hours at 200°, turning every 1/2 hour. I make bags out of white material approximately 3 x 14-inches. Will make 4 or 5.
