Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground deer meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. chili powder mix
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can Mexican tomato sauce (Hunt's)
  • 1 can tomato juice

Directions

    Brown both meats, then drain.

    Add onion and chili powder to meat.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours before eating (3 to 4 hours in a crock-pot on medium heat works well, too!).
