  • 2 to 3 lb. lean deer meat
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

    Cut meat into strips.

    Combine ingredients to create a marinating sauce.

    Marinate meat for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator.

    Hang strips of meat on toothpicks on oven rack. Cook at 150° with oven door cracked open 1-inch for 3 to 6 hours.
