  • 4 lb. deer meat
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 6 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Cut meat into long strips.

    Place all ingredients in a tightly covered container.

    Marinate overnight.

    Hang on top rack of oven rack with toothpicks.

    Bake at 200° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

    Line bottom of oven with foil for easy cleanup.
