- deer roast
- 1 large onion
- 3 to 5 potatoes
- 1/2 lb. carrots
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Pressure cook frozen deer for 30 minutes.

2Remove deer roast from cooker and drain cooker.

3Slice onions, potatoes and carrots with bell pepper.

4Add cream of celery soup and water to the sliced deer roast in the cooker.

5Pressure cook another 30 minutes.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
