   Grind Oreo cookies with food processor.

   Set aside.

   Make vanilla pudding as directed on box.

   Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and vanilla pudding until smooth.

   Layer cookies and mixture, ending with cookies.

   A crock-pot can be used.
