Ingredients
- 400 grams Ground meat (beef/pork blend)
- 1 Onions (minced)
- 400 grams Canned tomatoes
- 1 clove Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Margarine (or butter)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
Directions

1Finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry in vegetable oil over low heat until caramelized (about 20 minutes.)

2Add the meat and fry.

3(About 5 minutes.)

4When the meat is cooked thoroughly, add the canned tomatoes (pureed in a blender or crushed by hand) and simmer over low heat.

5Once it has started to boil, let it simmer as-is for 5 minutes.

6Add the cumin, turmeric and garam masala (optional), season with salt and pepper, and add the teaspoon of soup stock granules.

7Put the margarine and flour into a frying pan and fry over a medium heat.

8Add the curry powder and let it form into a paste.

9Then, add it to the saucepan containing the other ingredients and let it simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.

10Enjoy with naan bread or rice.
