Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. lima beans
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan

Directions

    Saute first 3 ingredients.

    Add tomatoes, basil (to taste), salt and pepper (to taste) and tomato sauce.

    Stir in lima beans. Pour mixture into 8 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan.

    Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
