  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk (only)
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 crushed Heath bars
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix and pat down cookies and melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix instant pudding using only 2 cups of milk for both packages.

    Then beat in 1 quart ice cream until blended.

    Pour over cookie crust and top with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle top with 2 crushed Heath bars.

    Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
