  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 3 egg whites, beaten

    Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.

    Beat egg yolks and milk together.

    Combine with chocolate and salt.

    Cook until thick.

    Remove from heat; add sugar and butter.

    Blend well. Cool.

    Add vanilla.
