- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. crabmeat
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, minced
- 6 crab shells
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in saucepan.

2Add flour and stir until smooth, then add all the remaining ingredients.

3Mix well and put into crab shells.

4Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a hot 400° oven for 10 minutes.

5Serves 6.
