- 1 (16 ounce) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sandwich spread (such as Kraft(R))
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions

1Mix chickpeas and minced garlic together in a large food processor or bowl of a stand mixer until mostly mashed. Add mayonnaise, mustard, sandwich spread, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add eggs and mix until blended to desired consistency.
