- 1 c. apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small)
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Grease and flour tube pan.

3Mix all ingredients and bake for one hour.

4Turn out and stick top a few times with a fork.

5While cake is still warm, mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice.

6Pour slowly over warm cake.
