  • 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • approximately 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • approximately 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Peel eggs.

    Cut in half, removing yolk into medium size bowl. Place egg whites in tray.

    Smash egg yolks until fine, crumbly consistency.

    Add remaining ingredients to desired taste. Refrigerate 1 hour.
