- 1 doz. large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 Tbsp. red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Pace hot salsa
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. horseradish
- paprika
Directions

1Boil eggs. Let them get cold to peel by putting into refrigerator. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and place in a bowl. Mash the yolks and add mustard, bell pepper, salsa, relish and horseradish. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Place the egg whites on a tray. Using a teaspoon, place the egg yolk mixture in each of the halved egg whites. When finished with filling of each egg white halve, sprinkle with paprika.
