  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • about 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • paprika or parsley

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Mash yolks; combine with butter. Add salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.

    Add enough mayonnaise to make a creamy mixture.

    Refill egg whites and sprinkle paprika on each.

    Chill.

    Makes 16 halves.

    Serve with deviled ham sandwiches.
