- 8 hard-cooked eggs
- 4 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- about 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- paprika or parsley
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Mash yolks; combine with butter. Add salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.

3Add enough mayonnaise to make a creamy mixture.

4Refill egg whites and sprinkle paprika on each.

5Chill.

6Makes 16 halves.

7Serve with deviled ham sandwiches.
