  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper (as desired)
  • paprika (as desired)
  • celery salt (as desired)
  • 1/4 c. chopped pickles (optional)

Directions

    Cook eggs.

    Cool under cold running water.

    Peel shells from eggs.

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Mash yolks with remaining ingredients except paprika until mixture is smooth.
