Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika (Optional)
  • 8 oz Water in pot

Directions

    Add water to pot and turn dial to medium heat to boil.

    When boiling, add eggs to water and let boil for 10-12 minutes.

    Mix together the Mayonnaise and mustard together with the salt and pepper.

    Remove eggs from water and let cool.

    Drain water from pot.

    When cooled, peel the shell off the eggs.

    Cut the egg in half.

    Mix with filling.

    When well blended, spoon the mixture into the eggs.

    Powder lightly with paprika.
